TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure your booking:

After you have received your quote from us, via our online contact form, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due no later than 1 week before the booking via bank deposit.  

Travel Fee:

Travel fee is calculated as a round trip (there and back) from either Britomart in Auckland , or The Strand in Tauranga to your requested location. For all bookings more than 20km round trip from these locations there is a travel fee. We charge our travel fee at the recommended rate of 73cents per kilometre as decided by IRD. Since travel fee is calculated per artist we will always try assign the minimum amount of Artists required. If you need to be done in a shorter timeframe then we will need to assign more artists to achieve this. 

All inner City bookings for Auckland have a standard $30 per artist parking fee. This pays for their car parking while they are at your booking and must be paid prior to your appointment. If you end up charging your artist/artists parking to your hotel room then we can refund the parking fee after the booking.

All Waiheki Island bookings have a standard $100 per artist travel fee. This pays for their inner city parking, ferry ticket/waiting time on the ferry. You are responsible for transport to and from the ferry terminal for your artists once they are on the island. Please either pick and drop them off or pay for their taxi.

We are more than happy to do out of town bookings. If we require accommodation this cost will need to be covered by you.

Trials:

A trial includes one hair style and one makeup application. Additional hair styles or makeup applications may incur additional fees payable to your artist on the day. If you would like to have another trial because you have decided you want a different look please be prepared to pay again and re book. Trials are non-refundable upon completion.

We suggest you have your trial 1 - 2 months before the big day. However, if you would like it sooner or later then this that is no problem. Please note there is an extra $20 fee if you want the trial done between Friday - Sunday.

Changes and Cancelations:

Once you have paid your 30% deposit this means you are agreeing to go ahead with the exact quote we have given you. If for any reason you want to cancel your  booking the full 30% deposit paid is non refundable. If you cancel your booking with less than 1 week notice you are liable for payment of the entire booking. If individual items on the quote are removed after the deposit is paid, but the rest of the booking stays the same you will only lose the deposit paid for the removed items. If you cancel individual items from the booking with less than 1 week notice you are liable for payment of the entire item.

If your assigned artist becomes unavailable to do your booking we will notify you as soon as possible and provide another equally amazing artist to take her place. If there is no one to replace your unavailable artist we will refund you. There will be no monetary compensation for change of artist.
